"Gentle Yoga with Gilson Lincoln" CD

Gentle Yoga is a class designed especially for people who wish to get the benefits of stretching and strength training offered by Yoga without a high intensity workout.

Instructions are given on several levels, from modified (using a chair) to moderate (using a resistance stretch band). Select the level that feels comfortable. Never exert yourself to the point of pain.

This Yoga class is intended to be comfortable and enjoyable. The guided relaxation at the end of the class (the last ten minutes) will give you a chance to refresh your body and your spirits.
